Thank you to all parents/carers for their understanding and support in our early closures this week.

Due to the heat warning now extended to 11pm on Friday evening,  we will have an early closure for pupils again on Friday. Pupil and staff wellbeing remains our priority.

Parents/carers collecting their child can collect from 12:30pm and pupils travelling on transport will be collected between 12:45 and 13:00pm. We will continue to monitor the forecast and the temperatures in school and update further if required.

There will be no offsite visits, PE sessions or swimming due to the extreme heat. 

We recognise that some pupils have found the weather conditions challenging and have been authorising early collections and absence as necessary.
