What does it
mean to me?
The purpose of the school offer is to enable parents and young people to see more clearly what services are available in their area and how to access them. It covers provision for children and young people from birth to 25 and includes information on education, health and social care services.
In the Bridge School our school offer shows what we have through-out school to support our children and young people. It also extends out into other services and links to the Telford & Wrekin school offer so all our families can see what is available to them in the area.
