The Bridge School Parent & Friends Association

The Bridge School Parents and Friends Association (PFA) is a group of parents and carers who are dedicated to supporting the work of the school and nursery. The PFA gives parents and carers an opportunity to meet together and support each other as well as the school.

The PFA will actively seek to raise funds for the areas that the school identifies as a priority. It also identifies social and other supportive activities and events for parents.

The following are members of the PFA committee.

The school is very appreciative of the work of the Parents and Friends Association. Over the years they have not only provided us with lots of practical support but also raised substantial funds which have been used to benefit all pupils in the school. The PFA has led/supported a wide range of activities such as Mindfulness course, Art and Craft activities, coffee mornings etc

A massive thank you to Lakeside Plant & Garden Centre, Priorslee for donating lots of seeds.

PFA purchased a couple of bags of compost, lots of bedding plants for some instant colour for their raised beds.

Huge thank you to the Bridge Parents and Friends Association. The work of the Association and those who have supported it means that the school has over the last few years benefitted from:

  • New Balance Bikes and protective wear
  • Secondary Careers/Hobbies folders.
  • All of the Christmas Party food.
  • Online "Singing Hands" concert.
  • Horticultural group gardening extras.
  • Y11 leavers keyrings.

WOW and thanks to all. What a huge difference it makes as well as giving parents and carers and friends time to meet each other.
